OUR PROGRAMS:

CROSSFIT

CrossFit is a style of training devoted to keeping workouts challenging and at SXS Fitness we keep your movements safe! TheCrossFit prescription is “constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement.” In any given class you may be running, skipping, doing deadlifts, push ups and trying to learn how to walk on your hands. Modifications are made for ALL LEVELS of fitness.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Get your own coach with a personalized program based on our goals and needs, plus the extra attention and accountability you need to get results. Whether you are training for an event, working through injuries or trying to become your best personal training is one of the most effective ways to get you there.

YOUTH PERFORMANCE

Training today’s youth for tomorrow’s challenges by teaching proper movements, building out different fitness levels, and by having fun. We build the foundations for a well-rounded athlete with the following: Speed, Agility, Strength, Mobility, Power, and Stamina.

WELNESS PROGRAMS

We offer a wide variety of programs depending on your needs. From a simple month long reset to a 3 month journey with daily accountability and personal training. We are here to support you when you need it most.

SPORTS MEDICINE

Sports medicine helps patients overcome injuries, manage pain, and perform at the highest level. We believe in creating a treatment plan based on the best evidence that will allow your injury to heal faster allowing you to return to sport and life. You’ll be stronger and more resilient than ever.

FITNESS ASSESSMENTS

Testing provides us with a way to accurately identify areas of weakness and strengths and a means get a benchmark of current fitness levels and to also measure any improvements to analyze whether the training between tests has been effective. =
